Disappointing? Sad? Hilarious?
Scenes of this nature reinforce the public's preconceived notions about the garden state (not that I mind). A conversation about this particular event may go something like...
"So, I was driving down the turnpike and, well, I saw the charred husk of a sedan burning like a cherry bomb on the side of the highway. Cars just cruised by, very nonchalant. I mean, it caught everyone's attention driving by. But, the curious thing was that the scene seemed like semi-audible background noise made by neighbor, or, just another part of the ebb and flow of the landscape that is the New Jersey Turnpike."
You can take it as you will. As for me, well, if it is any indication of my sentiments I did take the picture!
